Common Name: Golden Variegated Lemon Thyme
Description: 'Golden Variegated' Thyme has occasional leaves with scattered yellow edges, making it a great ornamental herb. Its light lemony flavor doubles it as a wonderful culinary herb, great in fruit salad and other summer dishes. 'Golden Variegated' is a great herb because it does not overpower the flavor of companion herbs and spices. Add it early on when cooking hot dishes to best infuse the food with lemon flavor.
